Being a naturally creative person, Terri always has her eyes open to the beauty that surrounds her. It's a practice and skill that she has developed over her years and years of creative work. Sometimes inspiration is like a shy cat who will only come up to you when it's ready and then pounces on you at unexpected times. This happened recently while Terri was on the way to a family session.
We were honored to document Marisa's gorgeous bridal shower. It was a beautiful day filled with wonderful women, lavish cakes & pastries, touching speeches and a beautiful venue, the ... that was a perfect setting. What a special bride! What a special family.
Terri has always enjoyed working with the Siegel family. She and the studio photographed Ben Seigel's Bar Mitzvah last year at the largest waterfront venue in Manhattan, Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers. Their recent family session was no exception for this lively family who is always so much fun to work with. Their energy is infectious and their energetic nature shows in their session. For this shoot, the Siegel's wanted to include the city streets and the Highline as backdrops to their family shoot for the added pop of energy in their photos.
Ester and Ricardo got married! Yay! We love this couple!
Terri met Ester and Ricardo after they found the studio online for their engagement shoot. (Check out their blog post) They were such troopers! Posing in 30 degree weather without a single complaint. Terri loved working with them and was so please when they secured the studio to capture their wedding.
